TA-17
The TA-17 was developed in response to the varied needs of law enforcement personnel for audio monitoring. It is a high gain stereo amplifier with lower noise and distortion than any other unit on the market. Recorder outputs may be adjusted manually or by automatic level control (ALC). An LED provides warning of both signal overload and low battery. The extremely advanced ALC is capable of a wide range of adjustment without pumping or distortion. Super high efficiency circuits assure long operating life from the internal 9 volt battery while providing plenty of drive for two sets of stereo headphones. Through careful attention to detail Daniel Technology designed into the TA-17 many features which make it a flexible and reliable tool for a wide range of law enforcement technical operations. The amplifier is ideal for hostage situations, covert operations, interview rooms, etc. A wide range of general purpose and specialized types of microphones are available from Daniel Technology for use with the TA-17.
